Thanks to its robust planetary roller technology, the servo-electric flexiPRESS MAX is ideal for heavy-duty applications with feed forces of up to 355kN.
It clearly outperforms hydraulic presses thanks to its high energy efficiency and flexibility as well as low maintenance costs.
Hardware and software optimized for the requirements as well as many inclusive services known from the ecoPRESS guarantee an excellent price-performance ratio. This is because expensive servo presses are often used even though their functions, evaluation and visualization options are not fully utilized. Seamless integration into a higher-level control system is also often a challenge, or the maximum force limits the possible applications. flexiPRESS MAX offers a great deal of flexibility in precisely such cases.
Taking function, force and dynamics into account, Parkem supplies the press control, the press actuator (optionally with force sensor) and the servo drive package as components. With the aim of maximizing added value, integration into the mechanical structure is carried out by the customer himself to achieve a fully-fledged and safe servo press.

Better than hydraulics and very robust!
flexiPRESS MAX is predestined for special press applications in which very high forces of up to 355kN or demanding cycles such as fast punching are required. Planetary roller technology enables short-stroke applications, which is problematic with ball screws due to the resulting lack of lubrication. The striking technical advantages of the electric flexiPRESS MAX over hydraulic presses lead to a significant increase in productivity, flexibility and production quality:
