Replace hydraulics and pneumatics with electromechanics

Replacing hydraulics/pneumatics with electromechanical systems is very sustainable and pays off in many ways. Electromechanics doesn't have to be any more complicated than hydraulics! It also opens up completely new possibilities, which increases your competitiveness. We provide you with comprehensive advice on how you can solve a hydraulic application with electromechanics. We focus on your primary needs, which can be very diverse when replacing hydraulics (energy efficiency, clean, away from oil, more flexible, low maintenance, etc...).

Servo drive systems

We plan and develop drive systems with masters (controllers) and slaves (drives, sensors, etc.). This is usually based on EtherCAT. If a different master system is specified, we can also integrate the slaves with Profinet, Ethernet IP, Profibus or CANopen.

IEC programming, visualization

We program reliably and efficiently. This means you can leave the software development for motion control to us as your professional partner. We can modify existing IEC system programs with CoDeSys or develop new software for motion control or process control. From the creation of the requirements specification to documentation and acceptance/handover.

Servo press control

Our servo press control system is the heart of the ecoPRESS and flexiPRESS servo presses. The various functions are based on the IEC-61131 standard and are programmed in CoDeSys. Further information on our ecoPRESS servo presses can be found here.

Development of electronic cams

Thanks to electronic cams, the mechanical cam is replaced by a flexible, cyclically operating electronic solution. We reproduce mechanical cams and cam followers electronically. Based on your cam drawings, we develop profiles and create the corresponding table for the use of the electronic cam.
