Exlar Tritex TTX and EVA
The Tritex with AC or DC power supply combines an electric actuator, servomotor and servodrive with positioning control in a compact industrial solution. Only the power supply (AC or DC) and the control signal (inputs/outputs or fieldbus) are connected. A costly or space-consuming control cabinet is not required. The Tritex is controlled via various fieldbuses or inputs/outputs. With digital inputs/outputs, the position sets can be stored directly in the integrated drive. The drive is also able to follow an analog input signal - ideal for actuating control valves in process-controlled applications.

Addition: Tritex EVA – Electric valve actuator
The EVA series complements the Tritex family with a compact, robust electric cylinder specifically designed for valve applications in the process, oil, and gas industries:
- 24 V DC power supply, suitable for solar/battery operation
- Compact design (Ø 80 mm), up to 6.7 kN seat force
- Explosion-proof (CSA C1D2), IP66 / NEMA 4X
- Modbus RTU & 4–20 mA communication
- Service life >10 million cycles, 100% duty cycle
- Actuating times < 1 s, even at extreme temperatures (–40 to +65 °C)
- Ideal for: Separators, plunger lifts, injection pumps, and many more.
