GTF electric cylinder: Hygienic design for the most stringent requirements

Exlar's new GTF electric cylinder has been specifically designed for the stringent requirements of the food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries. With its hygienic design, FDA-compliant materials and robust construction (planetary roller screw), it combines reliability, durability and minimal maintenance requirements.

The housing of the GTF is coated with an FDA-approved epoxy lacquer, which allows for efficient cleaning and guarantees compliance with strict hygiene guidelines. The rustproof stainless steel piston rod prevents rust or other impurities from coming into contact with food. Optionally, the Exlar GTF offers an IP69K protection rating, making it particularly suitable for regular cleaning processes in wet and demanding environments.
